Task Manager FAQs
1. How can I create a task?
You can create a task in several different places on the platform. To create a Generic Task:
- To create a new Task, click on the button labelled Create Task, located at the top-right of the screen.
- Choose a Title, select the level of Impact, set a Due Date, select the Priority level, and provide a Description for the Task. Then, click Save, or click Save & Edit if you want to make further edits.

For more guidance on creating tasks, check out our Task Manager help article.
2. How do I use the Suggested Tasks to generate a task?
In the Requirements module, select the regulation for which you want to create a suggested task.
- On the bottom right of your screen, click Show Suggested Tasks.
- A list of all suggested tasks will appear.
- Click the plus icon button next to the task you want to add.
- Enter the necessary details. Click Save to create the task.
The task will then appear in the list of tasks created for that specific legal requirement, and you can also manage it in the Task Manager module.
3. How do I assign a task to someone in my team?
Click on the task you want to assign, and in the Assigned To field, select the team member you want to assign the task to.
Please note that they must have an active user account on the Libryo platform for the task to be assigned to them.
