Contact our support team through our online Chat or email us anytime. *Last updated: 09 Dec 2025* ### **How to Contact Libryo Support via Chat** If you need help while using Libryo Sites, you can reach our support team directly through the **Chat** inside the platform or explore helpful self-service resources. Whether you have a quick question, need guidance on a feature, or want to learn how something works, we’re here to support you. ### **Where to Find Support Options** Inside the Libryo Sites application, look for the **green chat bubble icon** in the bottom-right corner of your screen: **Bottom right → Green bubble with a question mark (?)** **![Screenshot\_8-12-2025\_172918\_my.libryo.com-1](https://success.libryo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot_8-12-2025_172918_my.libryo.com-1.jpeg?width=670&height=364&name=Screenshot_8-12-2025_172918_my.libryo.com-1.jpeg)** You can also **drag and move the chat bubble** to any position on the screen, depending on your preference. Once you click the chat bubble, you will see **two options at the bottom** of the panel: - **Chat** - **Help** ![](https://success.libryo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Dec-08-2025-09-04-51-5411-PM.png?width=259&height=54&name=image-png-Dec-08-2025-09-04-51-5411-PM.png) ### **Chat** You can use Chat to speak directly with our Support Team. #### **How to Start a Conversation** 1. **Click the green chat bubble** in the bottom-right corner of the Libryo Sites platform. 2. The Chat panel will open on your screen. 3. You will see a list of all your past chats in the panel. Type your message to begin chatting with our support team. **Tip:** You can send screenshots directly through the chat - this helps us troubleshoot and resolve your question more quickly. If no agents are available at that moment, don’t worry - you can still send your message.
