✨ New Features & Enhancements
📄 Introducing the Content Portal

What’s New:
We’re excited to introduce the Content Portal - a new module that allows your organization to upload and manage site-specific documents directly within my.libryo.
This optional module enables your team to manage internal content independently, without needing support from Libryo to ingest documents.
What You Can Do:
Once enabled, authorized users can:
-
Upload site-specific documents (e.g. internal policies, permits, or procedures)
-
Assign document types and work types
-
Create requirements by extracting relevant content from documents
-
Manage compliance through tasks, tracking, and visibility across your team
Why This Matters:
This feature gives your team greater control and flexibility, allowing you to act more quickly on internal requirements and reduce dependency on external support.
Who Is This For:
Organizations managing a high volume of internal or site-specific compliance documents.
How to Get Access:
Available as an add-on module - please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
🏷️ Tag Management for Administrators
What’s New:
Administrators can now manage tags directly within Org Settings under the Configuration tab.
You can:
-
Create new tags (with custom colours)
-
Edit or deactivate existing tags
-
Delete tags when no longer needed
Why This Matters:
This gives admins full control over tagging, helping maintain consistency and organisation across tasks and workflows.
Who Can Use This:
Available to Administrator users only.
🤖 Smarter Topic Search in Requirements Filtering
What’s New:
We’ve enhanced the Topic search field with AI-powered semantic search.
You can now:
-
Find relevant topics even when using different terminology
-
Discover results based on meaning, not exact matches
Why This Matters:
This makes it faster and easier to navigate requirements and identify relevant content, especially in complex regulatory environments.
How to Use It:
Simply type a related term in the Topic filter - relevant topics will be suggested automatically.
🔔 Smarter Overdue Task Notifications

What’s Changed:
We’ve improved how overdue task notifications are delivered.
You will now receive:
-
A single daily summary email listing all overdue tasks
-
Continued reminders until tasks are completed
Why This Matters:
This ensures you stay informed and on track, without receiving multiple or inconsistent notifications.
