How can I update my site access in Libryo, and how long does it take?
If you have moved to a new site or need access to a different Libryo Stream, follow these steps:
- Contact Libryo Support via online chat or email (libryo@erm.com).
- Provide the new site name and confirm whether you need to be removed from your previous site.
- Our team will update your access and confirm once the change is complete.
What should I do if I am struggling to log in to Libryo?
If you are unable to log in, your account may have been deactivated due to inactivity.
(For security reasons, inactive profiles are automatically deactivated after a certain period.)
To regain access:
- Contact Libryo Support using the online chat or by email (libryo@erm.com) to request reactivation.
- A new password will be set, and you will regain access to the platform.
