The Applicability Questions
The Applicability Questions consist of various questions that cover domains of law including Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and many more.
These questions are designed to ensure that we provide you with a site-specific legal register which only includes the legal requirements which are applicable to your site's location and your site operations.
This also ensures that going forward you will only be notified on the changes to the legislation which is applicable to your site and therefore avoid receiving any unnecessary information.
The Applicability Questions are located within the Applicability module, accessible through the menu bar on the left side of the Libryo platform. By following a straightforward process of answering categorized yes or no questions about your operations, we streamline your legal framework, providing you with only the relevant information.
To ensure the accuracy and currency of your site’s information, we kindly request that you consistently maintain the Applicability module up to date.
Please note: In some cases, you may find that certain Applicability Questions are already answered in your module. This is because, during the onboarding process, our Regulatory team conducts a “pre-applicability” review. In this review, our regulatory experts pre-answer logic-based questions based on your site’s location and known operations. This approach is designed to simplify your work and make the process faster by reducing the number of questions you need to answer manually.
