In the Requirements module, Libryo offers a convenient way for you to locate the laws that are relevant to your business. You can perform a Word Search, look for Requirement Documents, and find Topics by typing keywords. Additionally, the Global Search feature lets you search across all platform modules, simplifying content access and saving you from needing to locate specific sections. This makes it simple for you to identify the specific laws that apply to your situation, no matter what it may be.
Searching Your Requirements
Libryo gives you the ability to search your legal register by Word Search, Requirement Documents, and Topics, and you just need to start typing to search.
1. To perform a word search, simply type the word you're seeking (e.g., "Water").
2. The search results will exclusively display laws that contain the keyword you've entered.
3. To search for a Requirement Document, simply type the name of the act you're seeking (e.g., "National Water Act").
4. The search results will display the Requirement Document that you've entered.
5. To search for a Topic, simply start typing the topic you're looking for (e.g., "Air Quality").
6. You can also filter by topics to narrow down your search, displaying results only for the selected topic.
Global Search
The Global Search enables you to search seamlessly across all modules of the platform in a single step, granting you access to content from every section of Libryo. This allows you to quickly and effortlessly locate what you need without having to pinpoint the exact section.
1. To open the Global Search, simply click on 
in the top right corner of your screen.
2. In the search field, start typing the relevant term and the system will display the options of Requirements, Updates, Assessment Items, Tasks and Drives related to it.
3. Click on Requirements to search the corresponding term on the Requirements module.
4. You will be redirected to the Requirements module and you can complete your search using the filters available in the module.
