1. Click on the widget at the bottom right of your screen which reads "Help"

2. A pop up should appear which will prompt you to select from the different help options available.

3. To chat with a customer success agent, click on "start chatting". If the chat appears offline, simply type in your question and hit send. You will receive a response via email when the next agent is available.
