Where can I find template documents, such as appointment letters? You can find example template letters and other documents in the Drives module under Folders. To access the folders: 1. Where can I find the Libryo Site User Guide/User Manual? You can access the User Guide/User Manual anytime. To find it:  1. Click [Libryo Sites User Guide](https://success.libryo.com/hubfs/Inbound%20Content%20Marketing/ERM_Libryo_User_Guide_11.24.pdf?hsLang=en) to access it directly.  2. Log into my.libryo and navigate to Drives - Folders ![](https://success.libryo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Apr-04-2025-08-06-26-6395-PM.png?width=670&height=301&name=image-png-Apr-04-2025-08-06-26-6395-PM.png) 3\. How do I add municipal bylaws and SANS codes to my legal register? **Municipal By-laws** Municipal By-laws are already available on the platform. To find them:  1. To access them: 1.. Please contact Libryo Support via chat or email (info@libryo.com) for guidance on the process and next steps. 4\. Where can I find my organisation's standards (e.g. ISO) in Libryo? To access your organisation's licensed standards (e.g. ISO), follow these steps: 1. Navigate to the **Drives** module. 2. Open the Organisation folder. 3. Inside, open the "Organisational Standards" sub-folder — this contains your licensed standard files. Note: this folder only appears if your organisation has these standards licensed.
