How to access Libby
- Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your Libryo Sites dashboard.
- Click it to open the chat window.
- Type your question in plain language, just like you're messaging a colleague.
What Libby can do
- Answer general compliance-related questions.
- Help you navigate Libryo Sites - for example, finding specific modules or features (like the Applicability module) or walking you through a task (like answering your Applicability Questionnaire).
- Point you to relevant content from your Libryo Stream.
- Help with understanding key terms, definitions, and compliance areas.
- Provide links to documents where applicable legislation is covered.
What Libby cannot do (yet!)
- Locate or display specific clauses or articles from legislation on request.
