Introduction to ERM Libryo Actions
Explore the Actions module in the ERM Libryo Platform, a module designed to simplify the planning, management and performance monitoring of all actions that you are required to do to meet your EHS regulatory and other requirements, per Libryo Stream®.
At the core of the Actions module is the Planner, a tool that enables you to map out the specific actions required to address your organisation's compliance obligations. The Actions Planner displays Requirements categorised into Action Areas, which each comprise a combination of a Topic and a Control Type.
While every Libryo Stream® may have the same Action Areas, each may have distinct sets of Requirements. Alongside each Requirement, the system generates a list of Suggested Tasks. Suggested Tasks can be adopted, edited and used or alternatively, new Tasks can be created. All Tasks adopted or created must be completed (marked as done) by the due date, with the Actions Manager section.
In the Actions Manager section, the work planned in the Actions Planner is done. It provides a central hub for managing all your compliance tasks, allowing you to assign Tasks to people, follow and manage Tasks, and track progress. This streamlines collaboration, fosters accountability, and keeps your compliance efforts on track. Additionally, you can set a Priority and an Impact rating for each Task, helping you to understand the relative urgency and importance of the Tasks in the Action Plan, per Libryo Stream®.
Rounding out the Actions module is the Dashboard section, where users can view the progress of their work against the plan, through dashboards and other insights. Here, key metrics such as Total Number of Tasks, Overdue Tasks, Completion Rates, Impact Score and more metrics are visualised, allowing users to make informed decisions.
See the Performance dashboard in Multi-Stream® mode to see and compare the progress of all Libryo Streams® in your Org that you have access to.
