Actions Checklist

The Checklist section in the Actions module allows you to assess, check and update the compliance status of Action Areas. Follow these steps to efficiently manage and track your compliance progress.

Managing Your Checklist

1. Navigate to the menu on the left side of your screen, click on Actions, and then select Checklist.

2. You have the option to view Action Areas by Topics or Control Types, where all relevant Action Areas will be displayed.

3. Each Action Area shows key information such as the compliance status, the date it was last answered, and the next review date, if there is one.

4. To assess an Action Area, click on the compliance status and select the appropriate response: Yes, No, or Partial.

5. After selecting the compliance status, provide a Response Justification and set the Next Due Date, then click Save.

6. For more details, click on an Action Area to open a new page, where you can update the compliance status, check the Next Due Date, and see who last answered and when.

7. You can add comments and tag colleagues, who will be notified when they are tagged.

8. Review the Activity timeline to see a record of all changes made to the Action Area.

9. You can also review the Tasks linked to each Action Area, as well as the Requirements associated with it to ensure compliance with standards.

Bulk Answering Action Areas

If you need to update multiple Action Areas at once:

1. Select the Action Areas you want to update by clicking on them, then click the arrow in the top left corner of the list.

2. Provide the compliance status, set the Next Due Date, and add a Response Justification for the selected Action Areas. Then, click Apply to save the changes.

3. If you are compliant with everything under a high-level topic (e.g. Air Quality), you can bulk add a response to that entire category.

Searching & Filtering Action Areas

To simplify the process of finding and updating specific Action Areas:

1. Apply filters by selecting the criteria you want (e.g., Topics or Control Types) and click Apply.

2. The system will display only the Action Areas that match the selected filter.

3. Alternatively, use the search bar by typing the name of the Action Area you wish to find.

After completing your Checklist responses, you can view your compliance level in the Dashboard section.
