Reports and Data Export FAQs

Find quick answers to the most common questions about Reports and Data Exports in Libryo Assess.

What reporting options does Assess offer?

Assess includes built-in reports and visualisations, and you can export reports as PDF, Word, CSV or XLS, and JSON. Admins and Members can choose which report elements to include and export PDF and Word documents.

How do I export bulk assessment data?

Click the drop-down arrow next to your name and select Data Export. Search for a protocol, filter by date range, select the assessments you need (or all of them), then click Export to Excel (CSV) or Generate Data Link. A data link provides the data in JSON format for use in your Business Intelligence tools. Admins and Members can download data from all entities, and Certifiers can download data from the entities they can access. Admins, Members and Certifiers can also export data using the API. See How to Manage an Assessment.

Can I connect Assess reports to Power BI, ArcGIS or QuickSight?

Yes. In addition to built-in visualisations, Assess reports can be integrated with Microsoft Power BI, ArcGIS and Amazon QuickSight. Email support.assess@erm.com to discuss setting up the connection.

My report isn't loading, or my Power BI link has stopped working. What should I do?

Power BI and report links saved from the old Assess app no longer work, so use the updated links from the new app. If a new link also fails, tell us whether it fails for everyone or only for you, and send a screenshot to support.assess@erm.com.

Can I ask for a change to a report?

Yes. Email support.assess@erm.com with the report name and the change you need, for example removing a repeated field, and we will let you know what is possible.
