Who can create or edit protocols?
Protocol Builder is available to Admins only. If you are not an Admin and need a protocol created or changed, contact your ERM project manager or Organisational Admin.
What can I do with Protocol Builder?
Protocol Builder lets Admins create and edit protocols without technical or support involvement. You can group protocols into a consolidated assessment, use calculated fields to show results in real-time heatmaps, and combine quantitative scoring with qualitative observations.
How do I suggest an improvement to protocols or another feature?
Email support.assess@erm.com and describe what you would like to see, for example sorting or searching in the protocol list. We welcome your feedback.
