# Create or Update a Portfolio

## Learn how to find, create and update your Portfolio.

Portfolios are a way to group your entities, giving you a more convenient way to organise and access them.

### **Create a portfolio**

To create a portfolio, please follow the steps below:

1\. Navigate to the **Portfolios** tab on the Organization Dashboard.

2\. Click on **New**, located at the top left, just below the Organization name.

3\. The Portfolio name is mandatory, add a description (optional), and select the entities you'd like to include.

### **Updating a Portfolio**

To update a portfolio, please follow the steps below: 

1\. Navigate to the **Portfolios** tab on the Organization Dashboard.

2\. Select the desired **Portfolio** name from the left-hand panel.

3\. Click on **Edit Portfolio** to the right of the portfolio name.

4\. Either update the name of the portfolio, or add/remove entities (description optional).

5\. Click **Update** once done.
