AI Features FAQs
Find quick answers to the most common questions about the AI functionality in Libryo Assess.
What AI features are available in Assess?
- AI Auto Response: suggests a response and reasoning for a question based on your evidence files.
- AI Executive Summary: drafts a high-level summary of an assessment.
- AI Sentiment Analysis: highlights the overall tone of observations.
- File Library Insights: lets you ask questions about your uploaded files.
How do I use AI Auto Response?
Open an assessment, click a section title to show its questions, and select a question. Click Ask AI next to the question and review the response and reasoning. You can copy the response, or click Sources to see more detail. To remove a response, click Clear at the bottom of the question and confirm. Files attached at question level are not included.
How do I generate an AI Executive Summary?
Open an assessment, click Assessment Report, then Executive Summary, and click AI Summary. A summary is only generated once the Conformity Level field has a response and the text field contains a written response from an auditor. The summary updates as observation responses change.
Where can I see sentiment analysis?
Open the assessment and look for the Sentiment Analysis section on the Assessment Summary page. Keywords are colour coded as positive or negative, from slightly to strongly favourable or unfavourable. Click a keyword to see the section, question and observation it came from.
How do I ask questions about my uploaded files?
In the assessment, open the File Library, select the checkbox next to a file, and click Process Files. Hover over the marker next to the file name to check progress. Once the file is processed, click AI Insights, type your question in the Query field, and read the answer in the chat window. You can adjust the Similarity Threshold to make matches stricter or broader.
