# Account Management FAQs

## Find quick answers to the most common questions about the Account Management function in Libryo Assess.

### **How do I add a new user?**

Select the drop-down arrow next to **Hi, Username**, click **Manage**, then click **Add Member**. Choose a role (Admins get full access by default), say whether the user is new or existing, define their entity and portfolio access, then click **Submit**.

### **How do I update a user's role or access?**

Go to **Manage** and search for the user by name or email. Open their record, update their role, and use the **Entities Access** or **Portfolios Access** toggles to change what they can reach.

### **How do I deactivate a user?**

Go to **Manage**, click **Delete User** next to the user, confirm, and click **Submit**. Despite the button name, the user's data is retained and their access is restored if they are added again later.

### **How do I switch between organisations and workspaces?**

- To move to another organisation in the same workspace, click the drop-down arrow beside the Libryo Assess logo.
- To move to a different workspace, click the drop-down arrow beside your username, select **Switch Workspace**, then search for and choose the workspace.

### **How do I create tags to organise entities, assessments and action items?**

Select the drop-down arrow beside your username and click **Manage**. Open the relevant tab (Entity Tags, Assessment Tags or Action Item Tags), click the add button, enter a name and choose a colour, then click **Create**. A tag description is optional.
